As a senior manager and Director in feed & food additives and ingredients, I have an in depth global knowledge and experience in sales and business/market development, especially in Europe & Asia (India, China & Indonesia).

In varying roles I have managed multi-cultural global teams,
New business developments, people management and a strategical mindset are my core competences. With a MSc in animal nutrition, followed by a PhD in digestive physiology I am also highly knowledgeable in nutritional and metabolic challenges of animals and humans.

In my current role I am the Managing Director, managing a global business with a global team of people dedicated to create a food system with lower environmental pressure by making use of circularity in the choice of raw materials and pure natural ingredients in the production of soil health enhancing products and intestinal health improving products. In the end they are all interconnected with each other.
